  - issue card with QR code
  - Px to use email address on our system
  - allows quantity adjustments
  - allows scheme holidays
  - switch solutions on/off (check if this is correct)
Check Px details (address)
- for the home number, type zero six times
- add mobile number and check preferred
- click UPDATE
Click on the Active Fit tab
- Click SUBSCRIBE
- Set quantity or solutions
- PREPAY only
- Discuss DD date and will also be the delivery date
  - Click on first pack to store
Add in DD details
- name on account
- account number
- sort code (no dashes)
- Click VALIDATE
- Click CONFIRM
- Print 2 copies of the DD mandate (testroom or back office printer)
  - Px to sign both copies
- Click CLOSE
- Offer one copy to the patient
  - Our copy to be given to the office
