Wash and dry hands thoroughly before handling lenses.

Keep water (even boiled water) away from lenses and the case at all times.

No sleeping, showering, swimming, hot tubs, saunas or steam rooms whilst wearing lenses.

Any redness or discomfort then remove lenses and seek professional advise.
